Leading Intergenerational Learning in Organizations: An Example from Turkey

Within the fact that there are members of different generations in organizations nowadays, intergenerational learning has become more and important. Some managers observed to confuse about how lead environments their which makes important conduct a research on this problem. Thus, study was conducted it aimed understand process production facility Turkey. The group includes 61 people who employees, team leaders, department directors, field directors instructors. carried out phenomenological design. data were gathered through interviews analysed with content analysis. results brought six main themes, creating zone, acting according generational differences, increasing motivation, supporting personal development, recording managing “know-how”, respect understanding.
